How do I wash JoJoCo headwear?
Cold wash and dry flat all hats for best results.
What are your shipping methods?
We use USPS whenever possible. UPS.
Qty 1 to 3 caps have a flat rate freight cost of only $4.50.  (USPS rate is 6.45.  We pick up the rest for you!  Overnight and second day delivery available upon request.
How to send a gift?
We include a gift card with your salutations at no charge. Order early enough, use a date in remarks box and we will strive to be timely.
What about Special orders or custom caps?
Special orders may include special sizing, an alternate color rib on an earhart.  Team colors are special custom caps.  Just email us and we will do our best.  Returning a special order is up to our discretion.  Upon request, we can email you a snapshot of the colors you choose before assembly,  just to be sure of the order before it is custom made.  Most Rastatoppers, brighter color Clunys, & non pastel Rosetoppers are considered Special orders.  Please be sure of the size you are ordering.
How to order for my baby’s size?
If you are unsure about the size your baby may need, order one size larger.  We do not want exchanges!  Go one sizer larger and the baby will grow into it. You can also include head circumference, age, and % of head growth (50 percentile or 90 percentile per Pediatrician report) on shopping cart page.  If we are unsure, we will send the next size larger.
JoJoCo Hatmakers exchange and return policy?
Returns for full credit or size exchange within 10 days of purchase date of all unworn caps.  Initation for return within 2 days of receipt of cap.  Return to JoJoCo within the 10 days.  We highly suggest going one size larger to discourage returns as there will be shipping costs on all exchanges to the consumer.  If cap needs to be returned, please contact us immediately (within 2 days)  and we allow 10 days for the return of the cap.  We will give special consideration by way of 25% restocking charge on unsaleable or custom caps or special order caps such as team colors, Rastas with special topper color mix, special request Rosetoppers bouquets and cap color or adjusted sizes.  All returned merchandise must be unworn, clean and in saleable condition, per JoJoCo Hatmakers.  As in any retail situation, previously worn, or in any way soiled merchandise may not be returned.  Items purchased from the JoJoCo Hatmakers website or our catalogue cannot be exchanged or returned at Retail specialty shops carrying JoJoCo Hatmakers headwear.
Items purchased from any nationwide retail location cannot be returned to JoJoCo Hatmakers website sales for exchange or credit.  All returned caps must have original receipt.
How to exchange?
If you would like to exchange items purchased from the JoJoCo Hatmakers website or catalogue for a different size or color please follow these instructions.

  1. Please be sure your exchange complies with the JoJoCo Hatmakers return policy above.
  2. JoJoCo Hangtag website sales is included.
  3. Place items you’d like to return in a suitable size shipping envelope. Please do not fold headwear.  Mail flat, not folded
  4. Enclose a copy of the original packing slip, return auth email if possible, and the hangtag.  This will help us identify your return for a smooth process.
  5. Before return, email us with your exchange info. Provide a reason for exchange and include exchange item description purchased thru website.  Give a full description of replacement cap you are exchanging for.
  6. Send the box/shipping envelope to the following address:

JoJoCo Hatmakers does not provide return postage. We encourage you to choose a shipper that will provide a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Please allow ample time for receipt and processing of your exchange. We will process your exchange.  Additional shipping will apply to this exchange and will be charged to your credit card.
